AB ControlLogix Empty Slot Cover 1756-N2

This module is ideally used in installation locations with a high level or count of dust particles or small contaminants that may stick to the backplane. It also provides an additional layer of protection against gasses, vapors, and other industrial contaminants. backplane slots are created for a variety of reasons. With module inhibition, hardware reconfiguration can be avoided, preventing the stoppage of a running system. In all the mentioned situations, the 1756-N2 is applicable. The 1756-N2 can be mounted and dismantled with or without power as it does not contain any electronic circuitry. The operating temperature of this module is 0…60 °C (32…140 °F) while storage temperature is -25…+60 °C (-13…+140 °F).
